How do I return a Shop Toddy product?

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received the wrong item you must supply a video of the incorrect item received.

We have a 14-day return policy. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to feel safe and confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. All our products have been quality controlled by professionals. You may return any unused Fivmart products in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days after you receive your order. Items that have been used or remove brand sticker, tag or packaging, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For free shipping orders, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer + 10$ restocking fees for US/CA/UK and 15$ for anywhere in Arab, Gulf and Asia).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order. DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.
