Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING TO OVER 150+ COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
US /UK/CA SHIPPING :
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
Fivmart uses standard shipping service to deliver our products all over the world. We provide tracking for the majority of the countries in the World. Whereas, there are some countries where we do ship but can’t provide exact event tracking or comes with no tracking.
We only use national courier service providers: National Shipping Providers (USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc.)
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

The above time excludes the order processing time (1-3 business days).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours from shipment.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
